• Order only 5 times and redeem your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ after every 5th visit*
• Order another 5 times in order to unlock your next 5% collected, and so on and so forth.
  *Loyalty ‘Dollars’ must be redeemed within 90 days after your 5th visit.

Examples:
a. Let’s say you visit any participating, traditional Pizza Pizza location 5 times and each order is $5.00.
Earned Loyalty ‘Dollars’: You earn 5% (=$0.25) per order x 5 orders = $1.25.
After 5 purchases of $5.00, as in this example, you have accumulated $1.25 in Loyalty ‘Dollars’, which you can redeem on your 6th visit!

b. Let’s look at another example where the purchase amounts are not always the same. Let’s say you walk into a participating Pizza Pizza 5 times, as follows, and your orders are:

Your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ are available to redeem on the 6th order! In this example, $4.50 can be redeemed for merchandise when your Club 11-11 card is presented at the time of payment.

Get a Club 11-11 Loyalty/Gift Card from any Pizza Pizza location, or request a Club 11-11 card number when you place an order online. Register the card online at ppl-tmp-fe-phx2.appspot.com in the Club 11-11 section or within your online ordering profile on the website or Pizza Pizza App.

Yes, any Pizza Pizza Gift Card can be registered, but you must register your card on Pizza Pizza’s website or app to qualify. To do so, please visit ppl-tmp-fe-phx2.appspot.com and click on Club 11-11, or enter it in your online ordering profile on the Pizza Pizza website or app.

Pizza Pizza Loyalty ‘Dollars’ is our name for the 5% collected by you on each of your 5 orders. On your 6th visit, the value is rewarded to you in the form of merchandise. Gift card balance amounts will be maintained separately from your Loyalty ‘Dollars’. All Loyalty ‘Dollars’ on the card is redeemable for products when presented at time of purchase at participating traditional Pizza Pizza restaurants. It may not be redeemed for cash.

Club 11-11 is currently valid at all participating traditional Pizza Pizza locations, for walk-in, pick-up or delivery orders. The offer is not valid at nontraditional Pizza Pizza locations. Examples of nontraditional locations include university or college food court locations, sporting venues, amusement parks, theatre locations, hospitals, etc.

5% is calculated on the subtotal of any purchase.

• It is not offered on taxes or any other deposits or fees.
• Gift Card loads/reloads do not qualify as a purchase.
• It is not offered on Loyalty ‘Dollars’ being redeemed.
• It does qualify for Gift Card redemptions.
• Loyalty transactions may take up to 24 hours to update.

When placing an order by Website / App:

You can save your card number on ppl-tmp-fe-phx2.appspot.com within your online ordering profile for quick and easy processing every time you order through the website or mobile website.
Or, you can download the iPhone/iPad or Android App and save your card number on the Digital Wallet.
Once you’ve saved your card on the Digital Wallet, you can conveniently Scan to Pay with your mobile device at any of our traditional Pizza Pizza locations.
Once you have added your registered card number to your online ordering account as above, and place your order through one of our digital channels (website, mobile website, iPhone app, iPad app, Android app), you will automatically earn every time you order through any Pizza Pizza digital channel.
When placing an order by Phone:

Swipe your card at the time of purchase, but prior to payment, at the door, or in-store.
Payment with a digital card at the time of delivery is not available at this time when ordering by phone.
When placing a Walk -in order:

Swipe or scan your card at the time of payment (i.e. at the door, or in-store)
Or if you have added your Club 11-11 card number to your Pizza Pizza app, you can simply scan your mobile device by selecting to pay with Club 11-11. This will also be done at the time of purchase, but prior to payment.

Yes, once you have reached your 6th order, you can redeem your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ on any purchase at participating traditional Pizza Pizza’s.

If you choose to pay with your Club 11-11 card or Gift Card, your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ will be deducted first before your gift card loaded amount.
Loyalty ‘Dollars’ can be deferred to a future order if you pay with cash, credit card, debit card or meal card.

When placing an order by Website / App with a Physical (Plastic) Club 11-11 Loyalty or Gift Card:

Prepay Online: Select “Pay Online” under the Payment section, then select to pay with your Club 11-11 Loyalty/Gift card, either partially, or in full with Loyalty ‘Dollars’, or with your Gift Card balance.
At the time of delivery: Swipe your card at the door when the driver arrives.
In-store: Swipe your card at the cash. Or if you have added your Club 11-11 card number to your Pizza Pizza app, you can simply scan your mobile device by selecting to pay with Club 11-11.
When placing an order by Website / App with a Digital (non-physical) Club 11-11 Loyalty or Gift Card

Prepay Online: Select “Pay Online” under the Payment section, then select to pay with your Club 11-11 Loyalty/Gift card, either partially, or in full with Loyalty ‘Dollars’, or with your Gift Card balance.
In-store: Simply scan your mobile device by selecting to pay with Club 11-11.
Payment with a digital card at the time of delivery is not available at this time.

After your 5th purchase, your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ will be officially added to your account the next day. Therefore, once you’ve surpassed your 5thorder, you will need to wait until the next day to redeem your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ for Pizza Pizza products.

Yes, redeemable Loyalty ‘Dollars’ unlocked between August 31st to December 15th will expire on March 15, 2016. Your Club 11-11 Account Summary will provide you with all your loyalty transaction details so you can track your loyalty activity when you visit the website and sign in.

You have an extended period of time to redeem. All Loyalty ‘Dollars’ earned prior to August 31, 2015 will expire on March 15, 2016.

As well, before August, 31, 2015, you were required to reach 10 visits to unlock your Loyalty ‘Dollars’. To get you rolling with the new program changes, we have unlocked all Loyalty ‘Dollars’ earned before August 31, 2015, even if you had less than 10 orders on your Club 11-11 account. This amount will also expire on March 15, 2016.

Even though your Loyalty ‘Dollars’ may have expired, your Club 11-11 account and card will remain active.

The card whose balance is being fully transferred (ie. reaches a zero balance) will be removed from the Account Details page, along with its history. The number of visits will not be transferred.
